以往觀念會以是否念明星學校或志願排名來判定學生好壞,然而不少消費者也將此觀念用於選購汽車,以本次試駕為例,Hyundai於全球已是前五大汽車品牌,但在國內接受度就不如前五志願來得高,因此不如先放下成見與舊有觀念隨我們一起好好欣賞此次的Santa Fe。
間隔才兩年第四代Santa Fe就推出小改車型,不過更改幅度卻有如大改款般劇烈,首先最大轉變莫過於車頭造型,雖仍為分離式燈組但卻換上全新造型,搭配如爪痕日行燈與更寬闊水箱護罩及保險桿,營造出更運動化及更具質感樣貌。尾燈看似沒有變動,但內部燈組造型已更換全新設計及導入LED,並利用反光條營造連貫視覺感,除了燈組保險桿也同樣更換另一樣式。

車室方面雖沒有像外觀大幅改革,但也算帶來有誠意的進化,格局規劃基本沒更動,但空調排擋座則因更換線傳式排擋而進行調整,一體式設計及井然有序的按鍵規劃,讓前座有明顯區隔感,同時也提升整體質感。
真正感到有誠意的則屬配備,首先儀表換成12.3吋數位儀表,8吋中控螢幕也改為原廠介面,也支援無線Apple CarPlay/Android Auto,既然都無線連接當然也有無線充電。至於智慧駕駛輔助科技部分,新增當左彎偵測到有碰撞風險主動煞車的FCA-JX進階前方主動煞停偵測系統,及全速域車道維持輔助、盲區影像輔助、盲區碰撞避免輔助、後方交通防撞輔助等系統。

小改Santa Fe雖仍搭載2.2升柴油引擎,不過是新世代Smartstream引擎,除重量有所減輕,動力輸出也有微幅成長至202hp/45kgm,變速系統也更換為八速濕式自手排。受惠於高扭力峰值助益,即便車重逼近2噸也能展現輕一派輕鬆的反應,加速至中高速能量也持續供給,搭配幾乎聽不見的柴油運轉聲,有如駕駛大高輸出汽油車款。
Santa Fe為顧及車內七人乘坐品質設定則以舒適取向,行經不平路面會感到略為明顯的起伏,不過Santa Fe調校已趨近於歐系風格,因此懸吊會立即抑制起伏穩住車身,此設定搭配四輪驅動系統讓車輛在彎中有著頗為沉穩的表現。
